So here it is two guys are coming hard at Ovy, he is not a player I need to move but there have been two guys with some fantastic offers let me know your guys opinions here are the choices:

1.) Mike Riberio + Darren Helm + Blake Wheeler + James Wisniewski for Alex Ovechkin


2.) Mike Riberio + Darren Helm + Patrick Marleau + James Wisniewski for Alex Ovechkin + Josh Bailey


3.) Pavel Datsyuk + Vinny Lecavalier + Mark Giordano + Ville Leino for Alex Ovechkin

4.) None are good enough and move on



Please guys need the opinions because its best to get a vote to see where I really am at.

I'd want two young, H2H complete studs that load up on points as well as periphery.

its not that far off.

giordano vs wis I might give the nod to wis. However, giordano is a beast.
leino and wheeler would be close to a wash. Although the argument could be made for either depending on what you see in each player.


I voted for shiv. I would probably wait to see what is out there a bit longer though. It's not like his value is going to suddenly drop.

by the way Chris in option #2 you lose bailey. In option #3 you keep him. so option #3 MINUS option #2 =

In each trade, Team A either wins or ties. Whoever says no is either an idiot or lying. The amount of politics in bbkl is disgusting.

I think they are close but I personally like Shiv's offer. I also agree with Scotts assessment on salary. With that said Vinny would be a valuable guy to a team in a rebuild, so he does hold value.
