The reason of the move would be shedding some salary.

I'm not forced to do anything as i could play with some of my waiver exempt guys (sending MG down) and be cap compliant anyway, but the preferred lineup for this week would need to contract some salaries so let's see what is out there today.

btw, a center back in the deal would be welcomed but is not a necessity.
