Chris, You are seriously one of the few people I would really hate to see quit, however, if my explanation was not good enough for you then I'm sorry but i refuse to jump through hoops for anyone. I clearly posted the reasons why the actions were done and told you where to find the evidence, which is more than im responsible to do. Scott was removed as a mod, something that has zero effect with the way the league operates...therefore its not a league decision.

adding more to that, if we were removing Scott from the league there would of been MUCH more discussion amongst the CC and a FULL explanation given to the community, much like when Frank was removed. HOWEVER the removal of ones MOD ability is a site issue.

Perhaps I should be the one to BE CLEAR....The Admin team alongside the CC make decisions for the league. Nothing is done without getting approval first. If the issue has to do with bettering the community and has no direct RULES implication the Admins have full power to do as they see fit. That is why there is three of us.

Pure lie lol. I was in the cc when Mike removed me from being a mod and nothing was brought up, ever. I was removed because Mike was mad I canceled the Stamkos auction. As for editing Shivs post, that was almost a year before this and I took my lumps for it. Basically that's the ONLY thing I did wrong and I never cheated or used my power for personal game. Let's be clear, I NEVER broke any rules or cheated EVER. Mike removing me behind everyone's back, talk about making rash decisions! As for regard to league rules? Fuck, I always followed them. Fuck, I was involved with creating them. Also, remember Mash why you're even an admin..

The fact is, the only thig I ever wanted was to be treated fairly. If Mike went to the cc with why happened and it was decided that I should be removed, that's one thing. Mike didn't do that at all, he took matters in his own hands. This is why I'm mad. Mash, quitting making up shit to make Mike look better. He fucked up, period. I reached out to him when I fucked up calling him names, he acted like a 70 year old man stuck in his ways and wouldn't talk to me.

Honestly I have nothing against u, but to be completely fair, your strong urge to seek reason and explanation in a bravado fasion all the time isn't really gonna work. This isn't the U.N. U judge the characters of the leaders on this board, and I find that with any group I join as a member, if I decide that this isn't a place governed by good leadership, I will step off... But these guys have lives too, and as much as I find scotts behaviour disappointing, at least the other leaders are enforcing to remove him out of CC.

I'm pissed off with the lack of answers, Paul. I have devoted an excessive amount of hours, days, weeks, months, and almost a year into this league -- when you invest that kind of time into something that's more than a hobby, but a major activity in your day-to-day life, it's pretty disorienting to see these sweeping changes without explanations for them.

To add to this ongoing discussion, I'm reading through everyone's posts, and I'm very skeptical about the whole thing. The consequence does not match the alleged behaviour.

This is no different than a real life case of something different, but basically the same concept. However, it isn't real life... In the end, this league is something we cherish and use as something we can vent/channel our deep deep passion for hockey and its fanasty sports aspect, but NOT REAL. That's why I was simply saying that u need to relax more, because quiet honestly, there are guys thatt don't spend as much time as you on this stuff now, but at one point, I'm sure EVERYBODY here has put in their fair share of hrs on end to make their team and make this league happen. Ur not the only one right? Not to mention, that I know only as much as you do regadring this matter, but I guess I just don't care to know as much. I've also spent probably millions of hrs doing my spreadsheet/looking for trades/building my shitty little team.

Hope u have a good lawyer scott anyone is innocent until proven guilty - isn't that the saying?

Just like in a business only the higher ups of that business or this league as the comparison need to know why someone is technically "fired" or however you want to put what happened with Scott. I dont know the details and I dont need to know, but I work at one of the United States largest Insurance Companies and when someone in my department was "let go" or "fired" we didn't get to hear about it. The CC and Admin = the higher ups of the company. My personal feeling is that if you dont like it just leave and let it go, this is not the end of the world.
