Well, honestly it depends on definition of evidence, however to be diagnosed sociopathic or psychopathic (not sure on popular DSM currently, 3? some revision of that was last I saw) You need to show significance signs of EVERY trait, not just the common ones or partials of some higher tendencies. Remember this is an artificial line selected to separate people that are in reality at a high end of a continuum. And for it to truly be a hypothesis test, you'd actually be testing Ho (null) of me NOT having these tendencies/belief's etc.
