Flyers are in decent shape with the cap with Carter and Richards gone and they could sign JVR to that kind of a deal. $13 million available with Carle, Coburn, Jagr, Voracek and Betts as their key free agents. They've got a lot of their young core signed at nice cap numbers...Giroux will be a bargain at $3.75M.
