He is what he is. His production either stays constant, or declines in fractional amounts as he continues to age. Thats my guess.

Clendening put up 59 points in 74 games as a 20 year old dman in the AHL. Also had good pim. He is waiver eligible in the NHL this season, so he should stick with a team.

The type of return Mike expects is unrealistic because he thinks Niskanen gets better. It's every gms dream. The kinda downgrade he wants is probably worth say, downgrading Roman Josi for.
Niskanen isn't gonna surpass his current periph which is respectable but not in the 200's club. Theyre all in the 100s
