At this rate I've been whipping one out per nite. U guys can request hopefully won't take long. I stopped working out after work now so I have free time btwn then and dinner hence why I've been at this

Why'd you stop working out? Its good for you...

I've been going 5 x per week since start of January. Starting to see some nice results.

I haven't gone in almost six weeks. Gonna start tomorrow as I tend to feel better when I'm in a routine.

This is me in the past. For instance, I'd complete p90x and then I'd be so burnt out from doing it 6 times a week that I'd stop working out completely for a few months and lose all the gains I made.

Now I just do my own thing for 1.5-2 hours Monday through Friday and I feel its going to be a lot more sustainable since it doesn't slaughter me like p90x (which is almost entirely circuit training 5 days a week with a day of yoga).

I definitely sleep better and eat a lot better now that I'm active like that again.

yeah, i've gotten ridiculously lazy the last several weeks. i sleep better too as well as become a little more productive in school work when i'm training consistently.
