Confirm

Needed a starter if I want to field a team that's not in the lottery next season.

essentially, yes it turns out to be a Yak for Reilly swap (for me anyways)

made sense for me to do this when Matt offered. I had already moved Dougie Hamilton out and now Rielly can/will replace him next season in my lineup.

i love rielly but i dont see him as much of a bbkl piece really. one of those guys who means way more to an nhl team than a bbkl team. flashy name though that guys will pay for.

I dunno, pretty good hit # for a young, speedy puck mover so far, I'm pretty sure he will play enough minutes that his hits and bs should be huge , and if we're even a little lucky his offensive production will be worth dressing all on it's own.

These have always been my thoughts on him....his offense alone should be good enough.

The thing that will help Rielly's value if his offensive game develops to a 40pt D is he actually hits and isn't a one dimensional offensive D like a Yandle, Shattenkirk, Green type. Will need to play on the PK for him to be a great BBKL player though.

Hit refresh and Nick and Steve pretty much said this already.
