he was on twitter all last night talking shit. i doubt he's out for long.

he looks good with perry and getzlaf when he actually plays. just as ruutu looks good with staal and semin when he actually plays. both around 30 years old. it's an even swap that saved kyle 2 million bucks essentially. i do think ruutu holds better value in bbkl tho so thats my side of it.

Kyle was approaching roster lock (I'm guessing) and Ruutu had to come off IR which would put him over the cap.
