Been minor interest in bolland and ehrhoff. Laich just got added.

Truthfully havent been around much on msn or the boards that much to discuss and trades. Got hit by a car a couple of weeks ago while at work and have just not been in the mood to do anything.

Problem with prior discussions so far is that people want to offer me quantity. Usually older players too. Just not interested in that.

yah, im doing OK I suppose. Thanks for asking Mike.

Thank goodness nothing was broken (at least as far as I know). These last few days have actually been some of the worst. Im not sure what's happened but I've got some CONSTANT throbbing pain in my one leg. If it's still hurting this bad by Friday/Saturday Im going to go to the hospital to make sure I don't have any nerve damage.

As for MSN, I think it exists still. Ive got some sort of version on my computer here.

well...

atm im just working at Costco because I can't get a job in the field I graduated in. So I was out in the parking lot on cart duty. Was pushing 8 carts towards the front pad where they are stored. I was on one of the roads that is part of the main intersection in front of the store. Buddy is driving his car up the other main road of the intersection. As he approaches the intersection he didn't slow down or anything and going about 30 km/h and not looking turns onto the road that im pushing my carts on (i already had all my carts on the road so had "full ownership" of it) and drives head on into me. Sent me and all the carts flying like 4 metres or so. Keep in mind each one of these carts weighs like 75 pounds or so. luckily i landed on my feet or I could have cracked my skull open. the carts also went spinning 45 degrees.

I saw him coming and even tried to make room for the guy by steering the carts to the right so he could go the far way around me but he just wasn't looking and fucking smoked me.

He wasn't charged with reckless driving or anything like that since it was all on private property and he was going "only" 25-30 km/h.

sooo last couple of days haven't been good. Dr is on holiday though so if its still this bad by the weekend im going to the hospital to have it looked at again.

Sounds like Costco could be at fault? Thought about lawyering up?

ya, i'd be talking to a lawyer buddy, that seems fishy to me, as a pedestrian you have the right-away 100% of the time, and it doesn't matter if you're on private property or not.

i'd be sueing the shit out of that guy (now i remind you we live in Canada, so it wont be much, but could be around the 10k mark)

talked about it a little with my parents.

Not sure how Costco would be at fault though? Im not very well versed with this type of thing. First time (and hopefully the last time) that something like this ever happens to me. I had all my safety gear on and all that stuff. Care to elaborate a little? Im curious why you think Costco might be at fault.

guess i should talk with a lawyer...
