and i'm not sure if it's gonna improve in the west.....i will say, the smarter GM's are in the East....i've made some offers to western GM's that were rejected,,only to make that same offer to an eastern GM (and he accepts) - then i get raped on the boards for making thus trade.

I'd say Kareem/Shook in the west makes it more of a fair comparison. Shep/Anton have always been good. We'll get to even conferences eventually.
