Yup very true, and tbh the majority of my deals with Shiv are him getting stats and me getting league value!Shep wroteCOLONI was telling Cliff last night, that everybody would say I got raped. And namesake, maybe I do. But statswise, I win by a large margin. So I might have more trouble re-selling Streit and Whitney, but it's a statsbased league, and the numbers favor my end heavily. Shiv knew this, but he also knew he was getting more "league-wide" value based on the names he was getting.

And there is nothing wrong with either. Stats from Whitney are likely harder to sell than name-value of Wilson. It's stupid, but it's the way it is!Chuck Norris wroteCOLONYup very true, and tbh the majority of my deals with Shiv are him getting stats and me getting league value!Shep wroteCOLONI was telling Cliff last night, that everybody would say I got raped. Ballsy move by Shep. I understand the move but its a huge risk. Eventually age is going to catch up to Whitney (he is nearing 40), it's tough to say whether it'll be this year, next year, or 5 years from now. But I think it is a risk in itself projecting Ray Whitney to be a 70-80 pt player this year. I personally would have him around 55-65 pts this year which I'm not sure if it would change Shep's valuation of the trade.

I projected him at 60-65pts. Anymore more is gravy, anything less is risky.bcool wroteCOLONBallsy move by Shep. I understand the move but its a huge risk. Re: PIT/STL
If Whitney is with Benn, and I don't see why he wouldn't be, they should both be PPGish... especially on the PP if you consider who else they have in Dallas... Jagr, Loui, Morrow, Goli, etc.

Booth + Kronwall for Whitney + Streit makes this trade easier to digest. Losing Whitney's 80 points was really bothering me lol.
