Karlsson is going to get PAID this year. I think it's a pretty even deal here but there is only 1 Karlsson. If he stays at even close to to his totals this year in upcoming seasons, this could be a big win for Peter.

as for mike expect and offer for Bergeron at some point lol.

I think at his age, his offense might not increase, or may even decrease, but his periphs will come more with time, and from what I've seen he is only improving and I don't expect his offense to slow down.

That sort of offense is difficult to follow up, but I think he'll be a leading offensive defenseman and get some more periphs maybe.

He should be a perennial 60pt dman, with respectable periphs.

Just hope he doesn't get 7+ mil and turn into Doughty :x

Yeah Im going to go out on a limb, and say he averages 70/year for the next few barring he stays healthy. only time will tell I guess though.

Karlsson getting paid would be great news for Peter because of his cap-space. He will need to hit the floor at some point before the season opens. So with all that cap-space to burn, it's a great trade for him too.
