CC Announcement: Trade Conditioned Assets

A new policy regulating trades and conditions has been approved by the CC:

-cannot trade assets you don't own
-cannot trade assets potentially owed ( involved) in a condition from previous deals
-cannot put a condition over another one (a deal can have more then 1 condition, however a condition can not impact another condition)
- no trade-backs are allowed.
- if it's perceived that GMs are using gambling to circumvent the rules that will be considered worthy of a pre-warning for a warning towards removal.

- only conditions on the following are allowed:
Retirement, contract signings in NHL or overseas
GP in NHL regular season
Pick protection
BBKL team final results (final RS standings or playoff outcome)
player winning a major NHL award


Any detail and possible scenario of the deal needs to be clearly reported in the thread starter announcing the deal.
