almost as close as my 1st round exit vs COL, we can only hope for better luck next year Hong. We are in the same conference though

Goaltending wasn't very good for anyone. Tampa had solid goaltending but they got routed. Ducks got solid goaltending to counter the Avalanche taking the key scoring categories. The other 6 teams all had GAA north of 3.

Matt survives another round but will he finally meet his match with the Leafs?

Oilers-Wild was definitely matchup of the 2nd round...Arian is having a very strong offensive showing in these playoffs. Matthew will his hands full if he wants to get out of the West again this year.

Hahahaha its all good... but pretty pathetic getting 0 sog from two players avging total 2+ sog players, in a 7-6 game... i was 40 seconds shtoi or 2 sog or 2 stpts (or a combination of 1 sog and 1 stpts ) away... and managing to even lose +/- away as well... i thought the JT goal for the leafs game would give me the luck i needed!

That's strange with Flyers-Sabres. I did see the Flyers as the winner early this morning when I checked on my phone when I woke up. Then I jumped on my laptop briefly this morning and saw it was switched to 7-7-2 with the blocked shots being a tied category. Now I see it also as the Flyers winning blocks and winning the matchup 8-7-1.

Very close matchup but a win is a win for the Flyers. The end of a title streak can end because of a couple of blocked shots.

You need to be fortunate with stats and health as well as just having a good roster. When success doesn't necessarily carryover year-over-year...it tells you how impressive it is to string multiple championships together in a league of this size. Bravo Matt...and congrats to Shep on making his final run with the BBKL memorable.
