as per early CC feedback:

theoretically new positions should have applied to the upcoming roster lock already, but I'd be done with the update too close to roster lock, so for tonight I'll only switch the eligible players that GMs put requests for. The rest will have their position switched after tonight's roster lock, hence their new position will only apply to next Monday's roster lock, leaving GMs the time to adjust
