Has there been a decision made on whether or not we're doing the waiver draft again this coming offseason? I don't hold my 1st round pick in the entry draft but I do have my 1st in the waiver draft pick along with Pittsburgh's (acquired in a trade last year). I was wondering if I can begin scouting potential college free agents or not. If I've got one of the higher picks (most likely), I'd like to plan on how I want to use my picks this year. And if we aren't doing the waiver draft, how would we acquire college free agents?
Thanks!
Waiver draft?

Re: Waiver draft?
It is looking very likely that we will be holding our 3rd annual BBKL waiver daft this offseason.

Re: Waiver draft?
I've been watching the scoring leaders in college so far and there are a lot of undrafted seniors that appear to be prime candidates to be signees after the season. I'm most likely going to be one of the bottom few teams in the league so I thought it would be wise to target a few of these potential free agents if were going to do the draft again.
Also, should be we now put a stipulation in our CBA that we can't trade waiver picks from future seasons? I don't know how many 2011 waiver draft picks were traded last year but I wouldn't want to be stuck taking one as compensation in a deal only for it worth nothing if we were to not conduct the draft the following season.
I made a trade with Shiv this past offseason where I acquired his 2011 1st round waiver pick and I hope could at least get some sort of compensation if I don't get to collect on that pick.

Re: Waiver draft?
Will I have the extra picks this year (as mentioned in the CBA) ?
