Thoughts on new All-Star idea..

So, they are planning to have all the players in the league vote on two captains, then those two captains on the friday before the all-star game draft their own teams from a pool of players for the all-star game...

ie

Team Crosby vs Team Ovy and then Crosby and his assitants draft their team against Ovy and his assitants..


Kinda adds a fantasy hockey value to the all-star game which i think is pretty cool.

I thought fans vote and the two players with the most votes are Captains, and then the next set of votes determines assistant or something. So Fans pick those 3 players on each side. Then Those players have a list of guys to draft from, which they'll then draft live. Pretty awesome, and It'll be pretty cool seeing who they pick. Crosby gets first pick? Malkin? Stamkos? Doughty? Would certainly be interesting.
