Nah no redraft. It's not gonna change the amount of trades, just forces us to spend more time to reset everything we've worked on for years

Or just a whole redraft. include team goalies instead of individual goalies.

Run it along side the normal bbkl for a year. have a vote at the end of the year which format to continue in.

that's actually not a bad idea.

we have a pretty solid base of guys here now, would be interesting to see how a new league would go now that we have all learned lots about fantasy leagues.

yeah, let's take away even more time from the time available for BBKL... I think our main problem is GMs are already involved in too many leagues, and even more so, daily fantasy like draftkings came around...

some other leagues and daily fantasy involve money, BBKL doesn't...

Takes away all interest out of matching up against superior opponents. I know Mike is gonna beat me. But I want to at least take a few categories off him.

Agree with Mik in both posts above, not sure starting a second league is a way to help this one. Is a redraft even an idea that the current regime would consider though, if not then not much sense continuing the discussion.

What about a 2 point system where the band is wider for 2-1 results. Like, 10-6. It would make for a far more interesting playoff race.

A full re-draft would be interesting. Start over with draft picks and everything as well. If that's what it would take to keep everyone more active...I think it should be considered. A re-draft might take some time but it would be a little more interesting than just hitting refresh on all the teams.

With goaltending, you can still have the individual goalies but we can have it where you draft the entire organizational depth for a team. That way everyone can start with a complete system and then you can do what you want to with it after that.

Leave out the entry draft eligible players...have those players drafted separately.
