Ummmm both of you guys as a former and an existing CC member you should both know better. This deal isn't valid because you dont own that 2016 asset for at least a week or two Mik. IMO this deal should be struck down as it's in breach of the trading rules.

Well fuck this isnt rocket science. The rule of only being allowed to trade assets you own isnt new. Both these guys know better and I have no idea why they thought this would be ok.

I agree a couple weeks are negligible, and were not expecting Mik to go anywhere unless one of our hired hits on him actually succeeds. But if we bend rules here then other people are gonna ask for other rules to be bent slightly for their negligible exceptions too.
