Prefer Shiv's side, but Wedgewood could be valuable in the future if he makes the NHL.

People do realize LaRose is done right? I think he has been traded twice this year and I don't think he is even playing hockey this year. Went MIA at the end of last season and seems to have no desire to continue his hockey career. http://news.hockeydraft.ca/2013/08/04/w ... ad-larose/

the more I look at this the more im surprised shiv was able to pull something like this off.

I guess im just one of those GMs who sees no value in chris kelly (shiv shopped him long enough lol) and lee stempniak (doubt he keeps his pace up). Alzner is the only piece I like but he is even overrated a bit for our league IMO

ya i've tried to break down piece for piece

essentially this is what it turns into:

Lee Stempniak for Chris Higgins

Karl Alzner for Trevor Daley + Jordan Nolan

then

Adam Cracknell
Chris Kelly
Scott Wedgewood
2015 5th Rounder (PIT)
2015 6th Rounder (PIT)
2015 7th Rounder (PIT)

for

Kyle Okposo

as matt said, larose doesn't count, he's done with hockey

thats about how I would have it broken down as well. Dont know how shiv does it. I think Okposo should have been able to fetch more. Then again I have never owned him and had to shop him so I dont know what the market for him is like in our league!

I would have pegged this as Okposo's value last year. Higher this year with the way he's played.

Oh well..

Lol wtf i didnt see this its awful for anaheim (nothing personal cliff bro just got wowed that's all lol) i think shiv shudve just gotten okposo + nolan + higgins for cliffs returns. Daley already does decent h2h. But i get it for cliff kinda. He can rely on the sisters for offence still and gained pretty legit periphs. Alzner gets dexent bs but gets like 5 pts a yr lol
