LOL I hope Paul never trades him. Burns is becoming the next Bruno Gervais in terms of a bbkl joke lol. Love it, miss those days.

Am I the only one missing somethinf here? Seriously, if I am someone tell me.
Nope you're fine. Grabner alone > Erat. If I were you I'd create a similar package as you did for Horcoff for Erat though.

There aren't very many players I would take over the Sedins.

Why do people believe things like this? Torts has no reason to use the Sedins ont he PK. It exposes them to injury risk and they have no experience.

Because he said he'd try them there... and they've PK-ed in the past (although not recently)....
New Canucks head coach John Tortorella promised changes at his first media conference on Tuesday, but the one that jumped out like a Roman candle was his promise to use the Sedins on the penalty kill.
i did not say 100% they are... but denying the possibility, with the head coach saying otherwise, means you two either have ties straight into the locker room, or figure you know more than Torts does about how he is going to run the team.

they actually do have experience and the desire to do so. Back in the Naslund days, the Sedins played a lot more pk time. They also pk'd in the SEL as rookies and in the following seasons. They have wanted to do it for the past few years but AV wouldn't let them and quite frankly we didn't need them to. With our lack of quality depth at the C position there is a good chance the Sedins are used. Torts has also said on multiple occasions that he would try them out. 1 of them being at the annual season ticket holders dinner that happened two weeks ago if you desire proof lol. People forget how reliable they are defensively. They aren't selke noms or anything but they are always the line out there with a minute left. They have really only choked once, unfortunately that was in this years playoffs. I'd be surprised if they weren't at minimum pk 3 this year,. I expect 45 secs to a minute per game minimum.
