Re: PIT/MTL
I think its pretty even. Gio has elite H2H stats, especially considering he wont have that plug jaybo stealing ice time from him. Glencross for him is close to even and shiv picked up a top 5 pick in next years draft as well. not shabby.

Whatever, I think I have one of the most cap-efficient d-cores in BBKL now:
Giordano - Orpik
Klein - Gunnarsson
Alzner - Lovejoy

All I see are a bunch of fringe NHLers mike - other than 3 good players.
Re: PIT/MTL
Most good, some excellent BBKLers in that group. Much more so than their nhl name recognition would have you think. Not looking for much flash on the back-end, usually not worth the cap hits in our league.SuperMario wroteCOLONAll I see are a bunch of fringe NHLers mike - other than 3 good players.
Re: PIT/MTL
I got nothing but flash & names on the back end! No big dollars or vets over here.

I do only really like 2 from that large group: McDonagh and Letang (obv though at his price tag next year not as much). Fraser, Fayne and Stuart are underrated though.Mike wroteCOLONMost good, some excellent BBKLers in that group. Much more so than their nhl name recognition would have you think. Re: PIT/MTL
yep - cap pinch year means choices need to be made. Excellent shtoi, strong bs, consistent hits - around 110points in that core is good for the cap spent, rather low on goals and shots though. Always a give and take, where to spend cap, value, and on what stats - and how to value an increasing in ability player.SuperMario wroteCOLONWhatever, I think I have one of the most cap-efficient d-cores in BBKL now:

Ya - this downswing in cap has helped increase parity in bbkl.Nick wroteCOLONyep - cap pinch year means choices need to be made.
