Weird sentence - but I agree Mike - his 2013 # weren't epic h2h (still good aside from hits), but I thought his play was rather strong, however in 2011-2012 he had the numbers that has everyone excited - very much bergeon-lite. Good value @ 5M with potential for more.

He's terribly overrated. I'd take him on the Leafs all day every day. BBKL; he's meh at best @ 5 mil.

Nick wroteCOLONPlayer evaluations are not static. How many times you need me to say I was wrong on RoR ?

I previously thought he was a good 2 or a great 2-way #3 type (draper, sutter, etc) - he's much more of a 1b with shutdown stuff, on path to be similar to Bergeron, plek, staal etc.

Not the first time I was wrong on a player evaluation - I never thought MDZ would be a #2 type and he is... Doesn't mean I should be expected to always have that view of him. Hell ill put my hand up admitting I thought Luke Schenn would be a #1, not a medium #4. No way would I trade today for him what I thought he was 3 years ago.

If you don't think calling someone a tool is a personal attack...than maybe you have a role with the orange party in politics, lots of similarities - you're great, going to win, and taking the high-road choosing to not insult your opponents. :-)
Nothing about ROR has changes since your last opinion other than a 5M cap hit. Oh one more thing is that he is now on your BBKL team so now he is on his way to becoming Bergeron - one of the best Cs in the NHL. And yes you are a tool. In BBKL and in real life I imagine.

Keep the insults coming Shiv, really hitting me hard.

If you want, you can look to what I traded for RoR to see that my opinion on him changed - and it didn't happen overnight, it happened over this season.

I did not say he is as good as Bergeron, I said he's that type of centre - also referenced j.Staal & Plek... All 5 of them have a lot in common.

i agree with nick on this one shiv,

Imo ROR will be in the same conversation with the players Nick talked about, he has all the tools to do it. He's not quite there but he should be after next season. I think his cap hit is a little to high right now in BBKL and in real life with the Aves.

I watched a lot of Colorado games this year and ROR played well i thought. I was impressed with his play and he also was running the point on there power play too, speaks about the type of player he is!

that was cliff offering it - not Paul - and he's not a C - which I would be looking for.
