Guys, don't these changes need to be in before roster lock? otherwise why does the lock exist?

Re: 2013 [TRANSACTIONS] - Day to Day Roster Moves
With Monday, my concern is to have my CBS lineup in but it's not a good day to post things here...I'm busy all day. I use an Excel file to produce my lineup and calculate my weekly salary info. I have all my BBKL stuff on my home laptop so I can't post stuff at work regardless. Ideally, I try to get my stuff up on Tuesday or Wednesday night after work...it just reflects the moves I've made to prove I'm on the up and up.
I suppose I could have my stuff posted on Sunday nights but there's always something that seems to happen Monday that causes me to change something. A guy gets called up or sent down...I usually don't decide on my lineup until Sunday night at the earliest anyway. I like posting my stuff once a week rather than constantly chasing every single move.
To be fair to those who do post (maybe not on time but do actually post)...do all 30 teams post their lineups each week? Before you beat up on those who aren't always in on Mondays by puck drop...get on those who don't do anything.

Re: 2013 [TRANSACTIONS] - Day to Day Roster Moves
we didn't have a deadline to post lineups on the forum last year either.. in fact posting them during the week (or after the lock anyway) was the norm.Chuck Norris wroteCOLONI changed my lineup on cbs before the lock, just didnt have the time to post it up on the forums until now.Mike wroteCOLONWhat this guy said...Lee wroteCOLONGuys, don't these changes need to be in before roster lock? otherwise why does the lock exist?
However, you should post your full lineup, not only transactions.
Re: 2013 [TRANSACTIONS] - Day to Day Roster Moves
Definitely don't have 100% completion. Nobody's beating up on you, but I would appreciate everyone having their lineups in before lock.Shoalzie wroteCOLONTo be fair to those who do post (maybe not on time but do actually post)...do all 30 teams post their lineups each week? Re: 2013 [TRANSACTIONS] - Day to Day Roster Moves
It's a bad idea. A lot of guys have CBS admin powers and could easily make unfair roster changes after lock if they aren't forced to record changes here by the deadline.kyuss wroteCOLONwe didn't have a deadline to post lineups on the forum last year either.. in fact posting them during the week (or after the lock anyway) was the norm.Chuck Norris wroteCOLONI changed my lineup on cbs before the lock, just didnt have the time to post it up on the forums until now.Mike wroteCOLONWhat this guy said...Lee wroteCOLONGuys, don't these changes need to be in before roster lock? otherwise why does the lock exist?

can we not see when roster changes are made on CBS?
or who made them?
or who made them?

i was not saying it is a good or bad idea.. just stating how it has always worked till now.Mike wroteCOLONIt's a bad idea. Re: 2013 [TRANSACTIONS] - Day to Day Roster Moves
if anyone cares to go thru this at all, i can testify that i have never missed a single deadline roster submission since my tenureship. . i also work 45 hrs a week. no intentions on calling anyone out at all but just saying it can be done.i just have a bad team. thats all.Shoalzie wroteCOLONWith Monday, my concern is to have my CBS lineup in but it's not a good day to post things here...I'm busy all day.
