TBL - where is the fit?
TBL - where is the fit?
I'd like to add a Dman.
On the table to make it happen:
Hossa - winger + Dman, incredibly reliable and complete top end winger, price matches. (2:1)
Gardiner - need an elite young Dman in rerun (1:1) - unlikely.
Silfvberg - top end wing prospect, going to get a lot of good looks right now, pp& pk - options for this deal, but needs to be wicked interesting
McGinn - playing well on Avs, would explore options that net me an extra d-body. (2:1+)
Last option -> Shtoi/BS scrub dman: Wright, Petricki, prospects & picks on table if you have the bodies.

Its not. Nicks not trying to win this yrSuperMario wroteCOLONMSL isn't enough for Oshie for some reason...
Re: TBL - where is the fit?
I explained to you why I do not believe MSL makes me better than TJ Oshie. You want to deal on your side but cannot understand why I don't? It's laughable logic!! On top of that I don't plan on sacrificing my plan/model for a single year push.
There is a deal on the table that I like for Oshie, might not be brave enough to pull trigger on it, so am looking for an easier deal to stomach. Will see what happens, TJ with some nice games this week.
Some talks worth following up on stemming from this block though. Appreciate it guys.

I would never trade you MSL for Oshie. Those talks we're just to test how crazy you were. MSL let's me neutralize Stamkos vs you in any week.
What's laughable is you not getting that.

Re: TBL - where is the fit?
FWIW - MSL has been on a different line. I would expect even a brief stats sheet glance would show you that (5 of stamkos last 6 points unique from MSL).
Furthermore, in terms of team planning - I don't pretend that you are the only team I need to beat, nor are you my biggest battle.

1) you are victim to short term fantasy hockey bias if you go by recent stats.Nick wroteCOLONFWIW - MSL has been on a different line. I would expect even a brief stats sheet glance would show you that (5 of stamkos last 6 points unique from MSL).

2) on my plan of teams I need to beat, you fall at #5 priority.
3) it is impossible to neutralize any player 100%. But 50-75% is very very doable.
