I'm not even close to being a top team... I've acquired top end talent which I previously lacked, but I have no depth whatsoever. This project is going to take some time to complete, likely a calendar year.

BTW many gms should be taking notes from Kareem. Vancouver's asset pool is not that different in value than a LOT of teams in BBKL. Yet many are stuck in limbo. Shit can be turned around in days as Kareem has shown:

Backstrom, Datsyuk, Hossa, Stafford, Kane, OEL.
