Ennis has potential to out produce Clarkson offensively but will never be the h2h player Clarkson is. That said, Clarkson has a terrible contract, probably makes this trade pretty even.

he might. it isn't written in stone that he will be a winger but it sure looked that way to end last season.

Ennis isn't a true C. Even if he takes draws it will never be in all situations or all season for that matter. And a C that gets around 300 FOW isn't really a C.

with all due respect, your 9MM offer was one of the most legit ones out there prior to accepting this one, and I would've probably done it if he wasn't known for his extended time out with a knee injury in recent career of his. Plus, their age gap isn't too different and Clarkson is a much more solid and stable player in providing the H2H whereas if MM performs well he will get me a ton more pts/SOG/STPTS, but outweighing the potential + risk factors I've decided against it.

All you fags seem to forget that Ennis is only 23 years old - and have achieved 60+ pt plateau when he was much younger. True, he's not a true centre but when it comes to a high ceiling forward still to unfold on a bad team, I think of "opportunities opportunities opportunities and ICE TIME"

We all know what Clarkson offers there arent gonna be any more than what we expect of him now as a leaf or he with the devils previously. If anything, he will never repeat his 30 goal season IMO but a bit heavier on the H2H cats.
