Legitimately came to my sense about my team. I've built a contender to fit under the cap this summer - something that is very very tough to do.

Also, I hold a lot of key cap-efficient players that if I trade away will help my competition ice better teams under the cap.

Hence a self-imposed trade freeze. No point in over-trading/helping the competition.
