you doing P90X as well? Plyometrics is my most hated day.

I ammmm...on plyo for week three.

I was almost done phase 2 two months ago but I stopped because of an injury.

Couple years back I actually completed the entire thing legitimately (minus the diet lol) and I can easily say I've never been in such good shape.

I think my least favourite miiiiight be legs and back. Plyos a close second though!

Lol nice work I am still on phase one as well but already am noticing a huge improvement. I did a couple of half weeks because of back to back weekends away. so I am only counting this as week 2 for myself. Its definitely an amazing workout no doubt.
