I personally hate it for myself because Beau is one of the leagues best values stat wise @3.5M. I just think once Gilbert and Raymond sign I win. I also think next year when the cap goes up, Beau's contract wont be worth as much as it is now. Have to do it as the value is there but absolutely hate it stats wise.

Losing okposo is meh lol. Don't care about him in this deal and I am sure Shiv doesn't either. Only cares about his 2.8M contract which is pretty nice.

It is s good trade for Shook, this is true.

If both Raymond + Gilbert sign reasonable contracts and have similar roles to this past year the deal isn't close

Gilbert is in talks with NJD. That would be rather ideal if that panned out. Raymond who knows yet. Lots of offseason ahead.

If Gilbert signs with NJ you might run away with this trade.

There is a time in bbkl future when Datsyuk will be able to net okposo + beau. It doesn't even matter what happens with Raymond and gilbert. Shook wins hands down. But I had to land beauchemin for my plan.

cap is rough. Sub 5M players have spiked in value for this summer - it will not be a prolonged value increase.
