Buds Board Keepers League

Hey guys, wanted to introduce myself as I am hoping to be a contributor to this great community you have here in the near future.

I'm an avid hockey fan and fantasy junkie. This will be my 4th keeper league as well as a couple single season money leagues a year. Im an active member of all and also a mod in 3 of the 4 leagues Im in and am about to win the Cup in one as long as my early lead holds up since we are having a 2 week Stanley Cup matchup. I have come across a couple of active members here and also a few that are no longer active over my past couple years of fantasy hockey in various leagues. I am looking forward to this league because of its organization, activity and hockeyIQ of most members. I acknowledge it will be a challenge inheriting someone else's mess and trying to turn it into a winner, but I welcome the challenge.

Im 28 at the end of this month, live in Barrie ON and went to the University of Guelph. Huge Leafs fan, but knowledgable about the league and prospects in general. Lately I have enjoyed delving into the world of advanced stats and examining things like Corsi, Fenwick, PDO, WOWY etc. to further explain why teams and players struggle and succeed.

Other leagues arent that active when it comes to forums. Takes all of 10 minutes to set lineups on Fantrax. I also work a 9-5 desk job where Im in front of a computer all day so the distraction is welcomed

If you have had run ins with him I am a fan of yours. Guy is a pretty pathetic individual and I will leave it at that as I am in a good mood and feel the need to be kind and flatter him a bit here lol. Welcome man.

Frank is better than Scott lol. He is part retarded but he at least has some semblance of character lol.

only compared as we know the guy would fake an identity to join the league lol. if you were in other leagues I am sure you are aware of him so I will just shut up lol.

I will agree that Scott was worse, Ive just been in a couple leagues with Frank for over a year now and he really is a great troll and knows how to rile people up. Scott I first came across only a couple months ago, but he made a VERY negative impression very quickly. I also realize my first post could have come across as arrogant and boastful so the Scott comparison was somewhat apt. No hard feelings
