Superstar mode
hilarious how easy some trades are -> just look for the red listing on teams blocks - easily snagged Iggy, Jagr, Souray and MSL (jesus did the BBKL guys decide league value?) only cost MacArthur, Kuelmin, Steckle, 1st, 2nd, & Komi. Signed Zheredev, & Brule.
running lines of:
Lupul-Iggy-Kessel
Jagr-Grabo-MSL
JvR -Bozak-Frattin
Zherdev-McClement-Connolly
Gunner -Dion
Gardiner - Liles
Sourary - Franson
It's awful how bad reimer is, but pretty awesome how good Gardienr & Kessel are; Zherdev is a treat too.
5-0 w/pretty balanced scoring, really fun for straight vs comp play.

One persons view of authentic may be vastly different than anothers, if BBKL is being used as an example.

I didn't plan on making many trades - but some of the GM challenges are meeting trade requests and whatnot. And I was expecting on the difficulty maxed it would be me losing most first trades until good relationships are built.
Oh, Billy I always use Iggy at C, he's rated an extremely high face-off man & has been since 2008 or so.

Out of curiosity, what is everyone's go to team in NHL13? For me it is the Buffalo Sabres, and they have been since NHL 06.

I pretty much only player EASHL and HUT.
Though the little I've played 1v1 online has been Colorado primarily, Leafs once or twice.
