Just wanted to confirm that waivers do not apply to non playoff teams for the rest of the year.

For example: I'm looking to send Trent Hunter down. Since our regular season is over, he would not have to clear waivers to be sent down to the minors.

anyway, waivers and roster limits do not apply during the off-season, so i guess starting today they don't apply anymore to non playoff teams.
