However I think SHIV has less ~freebie~ weeks, so BILLY takes it. It would be more interesting IMO to talk about the week when they play each other.

shiv, for u to place higher then billy you need to win the div & beat him... he's #1 in his div easy...... which means top 3... you are in a tough division....

make sure you guys agree on that... as it currently reads " who will finish higher"...which is not "who will get more points"

yes it was on points lol. if league wide standings are published its by points. its the only way to compare me and billy. i would never make the bet if it was by who finishes higher in his conference. my division is a million times harder than his.
