I thought this was pretty cool and free. Be fun to use during our first round of the draft.

Back it the day I'd used stuff like this/Ventrilo. I was thinking an IRC channel would be interesting too.

I'm up for IRC Channel. However, they don't have mIRC for Macs.. sooo I'd have to be able to access it from a website.

I also used to use Ventrilo when I was a PC gamer with Quake 2 Paintball LOL.

Naw man, use to use "Ventrilo" alot when I played CS competitively and use to play World of Warcraft. Ventrilo > teamspeak IMO. They are similar programs though.

dude you use to game CS too lol?

Man I was big into the CAL leagues back in the day (like season 10-13 of CAL).

I was actually fortunate enough to have played in the CAL-IM championship match just before I retired from competitive CS! I have to say that competitive CS is probably some of the MOST INTENSE gaming/sporting I have been a part of. Pretty intense shit when you are playing a match and have a few thousand random people watching you in HLTV!!

Dude that is so sick!! Most of what I played was IM too...I actually stopped playing after we got invited to M, just got tired of it with the long practice hours (scrims) and all...so much fun though.

What clan were you in if you don't mind me asking?

I use to game with "Mindz of Violence" {MoV} was the tag

Oh man this was a while ago. My longest clan membership was cSo (mostly O), some [.ca] (IM), a bit of 2d (M) when I quit playing. I'm sure there were several others mixed in there...

Ever toss 1.6 on for shits these days? Every few months I'll try a pub and be terrible. It's really quite pathetic, considering the thousands of hours I put into that game.

...Wow...And I thought I was a geek...

Out of curiousity, who here has played sports above the house league or recreational level?

Tier-1 soccer (small town.. wanted to play CSL but too much travelling), All-Star baseball, All-star hockey (tried out for AAA in Sault Ste. Marie one year, was the last goalie cut), played football in highschool (fullback/safety).
