How is this not fair. This deal is perfect for each team. Ny Islander got 2 sniper and a prospect. N.J went younger and less proven. But I give the edge to N.J since Boyes could have a come back year and JVR have just started. Then they get two 1st 2011. Just imagine one of those picks become a top 5 picks. I believe that Boyes + JVR + 1st 2011 + Stoa would of been enough for Seto + Hornqvist at the most. So adding a 1st 2011 and 3rd 2010. So after anylizing this deal closer, N.J got a home. How could Islander make such deal. It's help them now but do they really have a chance. So there's no pts of doing this deal. I felt that Luke Adam + Corrente + Olesz or Stafford was too much.

I know it's ''contradictoire'' but I feel the 2nd look was enough to delcare a loser wich is NY Islander.

I got two players I really wanted and was wiling to overpay for - Seto and Horny are just getting started too ya know. Setoguchi had 65 pts the previous season and with Marleau more than likley departing, who do you think is going to fill his spot on the top like with Thornton? Hornqvist had 30 goals last year and 50 points ... I knew I was overpaying. Yes I was drinking, but fuck it. Fuck all of you too.

JVR hasn't lived up to exspectations yet, those 1st rd picks are next year (which could be crap shots). Maybe Brad Boyes catches fire again and JVR has an outsstanding year.
