The following some solid pieces are on the block to move to potential contenders. I'm not competing this year; but am aiming towards next. Not interest in prospects/picks as the meat and potatoes part of the deal.
And don't lowball on Nielsen, hes arguably one of the most valuable players in the bbkl at the moment because of his 0.525k cap hit for what stats he brings.
