ok after a few big ones, here's what's left to happen:
Casey Wellman straight up for a player (any position) proficient in HITS/PIMS - must be an everyday NHLer - Wellman shreds the AHL and is starting to put it together in the top 6 in MIN and with Lats out for what looks like long term, his chance is good.
Niklas Hjalmarsson - lateral (diversity) deal for a non-blackhawk dman. Hjammer has 85 SHTOI and 81 BS so someone that hits these cats with similar numbers
Patrick Kane - this is a GIANT maybe at this point. would take a hell of an offer including 2 NHL forwards.
also always open to a goalie swap:
Crawford has struggled recently, but is still a 1st year starter with a sick cap hit: 12-7, 3.00 GAA, .896 SV%
don't look now but Emery is 7-1 with a 2.7 GAA and .905 SV%
they're Blackhawk goalies; essentially they'll get you the W but GAA and SV% will be variable as fuck.
