Real solid player but I dunno about the most underrated. Especially at 6 million dollars

He's an incredibly talented player -- heart and soul type -- but man, I've always felt that he never really reached the peak of his abilities.

Doesn't help that for the majority of his career he played in a system that didn't exactly encourage offense from players.

Pretty much what Josh said. The system in NJD always held him back. He's been one of the best players of the last two decades.

What? Elias has FOT of 267. Second is Henrique with 112. Even when Zajac returns, Elias will see a LOT of faceoffs. Easily 600+ on the year IMO.

I actually really like Elias, I just hate it when people exaggerated statements to inflate the value of their players.

In regards to MAF, no thank you. He is a great goaltender, no doubt about it, but I'm done trying to acquire top goalies, it is an inconsistent position, and the elite netminders in the game cost a fortune. I'd rather spend peanuts on my current tandem, and focus on maximizing the talent throughout the rest of my lineup. Thanks for asking though.

He is on pace for 800+. He will easily be above 600. From there on, he could be over 700+ or even maintain his pace as well. Why you chose to nitpick, I do not understand.

I'd easily trade Kopitar + Tavares to land him.

Jokes chris. Pure 100% jokes-I really like 2/3 of those guys and believe them to be awesome pieces moving forward.

Wilson's looking very good (assuming you're speaking of him as the 1/3 you don't like). Starting to assert his physical gifts this year as well. Should be a centre going forward. Too good to be playing on the wing.
