He keeps asking me on MSN if he is going to get back in. According to him there was a vote in the CC which decided to let him stay on the forums. Can someone please tell me for sure so I can tell him for sure and not be bothered about it again lol.

The vote in the CC was not eligible. It was decided this is an ADMIN decision to make, whether or not any given person should be eligible to be part of the community. The admin team will make the decision and notify if they even feel the need. The CC supported that decision in general.

I blocked him once he was booted from this league so I never have to speak to him again, and I'm one of the few that didn't hate him. I suggest you all do the same.

Well personal opinions aside, it really isn't our decision. The boys who run this site and pay the bills get to make those decisions. As they should.

Although we value all opinions, the CC is here to make LEAGUE RULINGS and the admin team respects that and let them do so. If there is any sort of question about something regarding the LEAGUE itself the CC will have the full support of the Admins as we worth together as a team. However, the topic of who we allow in the community has nothing to do with the league therefore is an Admin issue.

Mike, Shep and myself feel its best that Frank not be a part of the community so we made a ruling accordingly.
