Okay this is going to sound crazy but stay with me till the end and read the whole thing please:
Is there a way to institute bbklhockey.com as an actual organization? like by paying some fee? here is my thinking:
1) There are a lot of students in this league.
2) We all love spending time in this league.
3) Problem is the time we spend on it falls under the classification of leisure time.
4) If we institute our league somehow it has IMMENSE value. We can turn fun time into an actual asset.
5) Students can use is as a type of Club they are in. Working people can use it as a supplementary thing.
6) People can embellish responsibilities too (I don't think anyone here will mind helping another person out).
7) Here's an example: Scott, Billy, Mash, Kareem, Nick etc these guys spend a LOT of time doing admin work for this league. Now it may seem useless in the real world because its a fantasy league but they're actually helping manage an organization of 30 people. That's an asset.
8) Another example: The competition committee is one of the greatest ideas this league has had. The responsibility of that league in terms of forming a set of governing principles to run this league is also worth a LOT.
9) I had an idea the other day. I've been kind of lazy to start but basically the idea was: Create an account like The Hockey News. And what people can do is go on this account and write articles on a day's/week's events. I.E. when I traded Ovechkin to Steve that was a HUGE trade. There was enough material there to write an article. Now to 90% of us this idea is useless. BUT assume there is a person here studying in a field like Political Science or Journalism, this feature can help them (and it would be GREAT for the league).
10) Mashley and I started the Sports Betting lounge on BBKL today which is yet another idea (granted its illegal but I'm sure there can be a LEGAL idea that comes out of it

11) What I am saying is that we have a community of 30 people here and an awesome league. Why not start things up that help the members AND the league.
And I think the 1st step should be instituting this somehow. I'm sure it can even be registered for free somewhere. I'll try looking things up. If anyone knows how to do this/has any additional ideas post it here.
