1. TBL (Last Week's Ranking: #3) - Disadvantage of being in the East still exists. But adding Dion Phaneuf changes things.
2. COL (Last Week's Ranking: #1) - The Best in the West by a sizeable martgin.
3. NJD (Last Week's Ranking: #2) - Tuomo Ruutu added to flock of H2Hers. Still not the team that won Back-to-Back Championships though.
4. LAK (Last Week's Ranking: #6) - Should feel slighted by comment regarding COL above ^. Could actually be the better team.
5. BOS (Last Week's Ranking: #5) - Move along folks. Nothing new to see here.
6. CHI (Last Week's Ranking: #13) - You're looking at the new Central Division winner.
7. TOR (Last Week's Ranking: #7) - The team outside the Top 5 most likely to be sitting at #1 after the Trade Deadline.
8. STL (Last Week's Ranking: #4) - Has lost it's way a little bit. There may be a method to GM Ryan Sheppard's madness.
9. OTT (Last Week's Ranking: #10) - Possibly the best offense in the league after TBL and COL.
10. PIT (Last Week's Ranking: #8) - A couple of injuries away from missing the playoffs.
11. WSH (Last Week's Ranking: #29) - Rome is being re-built here.
12. MTL (Last Week's Ranking: #9) - Still the same team. The teams around him just got better.
13. SJS (Last Week's Ranking: #11) - Thornton, Backstrom, Pronger and Chara make an amazing core. Just make a damn trade to improve, Neel.
14. ANA (Last Week's Ranking: #12) - It may set this team back in the short-run, but Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is a Duck.
15. MIN (Last Week's Ranking: #17) - Tumultuous East provides for a bump up in the rankings. Getting DAVID Perron back would be nice.
16. CLB (Last Week's Ranking: #15) - Sidney Crosby's Press Conference this week confirmed Jackets fans' worst fears.
17. NSH (Last Week's Ranking: #19) - Quietest Playoff Team from 2010-2011.
18. BUF (Last Week's Ranking: #16)- Still the most underrated team in BBKL. But he has to finish at least 4th in the NE to make the Playoffs.
19. NYI (Last Week's Ranking: #21) - Second to BUF in the underrated category. Won't be enough to make the playoffs, however.
20. EDM (Last Week's Ranking: #20) - Could sneak into the playoffs in the weak NW.
21. PHI (Last Week's Ranking: #14) - Washington's rise crushes hopes of making the playoffs.
22. NYR (Last Week's Ranking: #19) - See PHI ^.
23. PHX (Last Week's Ranking: #23) - Sneakily collecting 2012 1st Rounders.
