I like it for Shook because I've never been a huge MDZ fan, Kristo and Biggs are nice prospects as well, so I understand why Billy would do this deal.

I gotta agree. BBKL wise, he's hits only offensive categories and hasn't proven anything yet. it's just Kareem's fucking hard-on/bbkl username that have made him famous. Without that MSP would be viewed much differently.

I don't think Kareem has had much effect on how he is viewed as a prospect - he stands out no matter the competition.

Shook (and myself) have seem him play live on numerous occasions, (WJC, rookie tourney, pre-season, regular season, and Shook just referenced camp), to say he is nothing special is to watch the stats and not the player. He's got an imposing frame, wheels to burn, and hints at visions and hands; the kid is young and is going to get a good chance to play -> I'd have no trouble finding room for him on my roster

ask Kareem or Facey, Ive always hated MSP. However I went to the oilers practices and man I am telling you, he is bigger an stronger and has somehow put it together. Ive always hated him but if he can put for that effort and play in the regular season, he is going to be a great player. My hype for him does not come from msp4lyfe, I am not one of the sheep, I am now big on the kid. Hell I gave up Kristo and some in here know how big I am on him lol.

No one is talking about MSP's NHL talent level. In BBKL it's a different story. His value right now is literally that of a 55 point player who doesnt hit peripheries.

People will deny it. But it's true. MSP4LYFE has been posted on the forum 7400 times. Anyone who has taken a 1st year Psych course will tell you there's some level of Conditioning involved there. And this excludes the number of times people have re-read/scrolled by/skimmed those 7400 posts more than once.
