mmmh.. about having the proper lineup on CBS.. i guess the first thing we'd need is probably updating there the wingers and centers that need to be changed according to this

To be clear, tracking of roster moves during the off-season is not required.


Come roster submission date all active lineups and minor league systems need to be in compliance with our league rules, including (but not limited to):
-Salary cap floor & ceiling
-Total # of active players, including positional restrictions and requirements
-Total # of players, and players under contract
-Reasonably projection to meet GP
-Any players in the minors who are not waiver exempt should be placed on waivers, multiple errors and the GM is liable for a warning (on top of potentially losing those players)
--> players selected in the 2011 waiver draft are exempt, once.

Define "active players", and secondly we don't, and can't enforce #2, not initially anyways. My understanding is that the punishment will come at the conclusion of the regulaur season if the minimum games played are not met, or throughout the season in the form of warnings.

The "active players" is that you are meeting the active lineup requirements we have here in the BBKL.

-Project to meet GP just means we'll be on you, and believe you should be trying to ice a proper team all season, if that is not believed to be the case.... well come on, make it so.

Alright, I was just checking because I have a handful of players that will be in tight come training camp, and I have no idea if they are roster locks or not, but they help me fulfill my cap requirements.
