Hey guys, these are the teams that were completed (and rosters filed in) from the killing-time Fantasy draft, we'd really appreciate it if you could skim the teams and make note of the 2 you think would meet in the stanley cup finals. The emphasis here in on the playoffs, perhaps in a long hard series (as is typical in the playoffs amongst two healthy teams). Pay no attention to conference, just assume the two best teams wouldn't meet until the finals. If you'd like to comment with who you believe the winner would be, and perhaps what you liked about the teams that would also be a plus.

They were actually done by the team owners individually themselves (including me) while we were posting our roster in the roster thread, and then he just copied the text directly here nothing really big

This is one thing I started out putting some work into to each playercard, but said fuck it

lol, i originally did it and got annoyed trying to keep up with all my changes. That is why i was amazed if one person actually did all of it. knowing that it was a shared effort is much easier to understand.

The whole point was to have non-fantasy GMs do all the voting.

Voting for yourself, no matter what the contest, even if you think you're the best, is lame..

depends on what the voting is for... the concept here was just to end it in some way, on which two teams each GM believes are best. Should I lie and say that team 1 would beat mine when I don't believe it would?

I agree in many other cases, self-voters aren't great...


However the point here wasn't to have all the non-fantasy GM's doing all the voting -> i posed it to all 31 league members, figured some closure was due.
