2013 draft picks on CBS?

I just wondered when we planned on adding the 2013 picks to our teams on CBS? Those picks have been part of deals so I just thought it would be handy to get those added before we get too deep into the offseason. I'm probably going to answer my question by saying it'll probably be after this draft...I assume.

Adding the draft picks to CBS has helped a lot with keeping track of who has what pick because I know that was such a pain to do on the board. I don't know what the issue was with a few of the picks that would disappear from the site but hopefully that's something can be avoided.

If it's too early to bring this up, no problem. I was just curious. Thanks!

I think we should look at another method for organizing our draft picks. A little database of some sort...

I agree there should be some serious thought put into the next evolution of the picks system...still keen on the pick master idea

Somebody that can be trusted to keep track of all the picks would be ideal.

If someone would compile the lists of who owns what for 2012 and 2013 on a google documents I'll keep it up to date. Like everyone post their trades on the draft pick section or something then every saturday I go an update the spread sheet for that weeks moves, and if there is no post in the pick section you have no defense if there is a discrepancy

Believe me it's not as easy as it sounds, and it's something you have to do daily to avoid confusion. The best method is to set up some sort of database, the compiler method is far too susceptible to human error.

What's wrong with cbs? Seems to have worked rather well, I thought ... especially with the mess we had last year.

It's good in theory but picks just disappear from time to time and we cannot trust every GM to track every single pick they own.

Doesn't seem to make sense that they just disappear. Aren't the players not in their database placeholders...why don't we ever have problems with them?

Not sure.. and I bet it's happened.. like last year Cliff drafted Josh Nicholls and he's disappeared, last year with Stefan Elliot.. it's happened.
