Can't seem to replicate the issue, but I've reset his password (doubt that's the issue). Will PM you the new password.

Tell him to a) clear cache/cookies, b) try a different browser.

Also, make sure he's using bbkl.ca and not bbklhockey.,com. Shouldn't make a difference but... who knows.
