just got hit w/ a very nice offer. it's almost there.

i told this person i would put him up for 24 hours and see what rolls in before hammering something out.

64 pts, 104 hits, 82 shtoi, 217 sog, 32 stpts

he's in a very nice spot on a good SJ team - plays with Couture, 1st pp and 2nd pk unit.

makes a lot of money, but is a VERY valuable player in this league.

the price is high.

was actually my 3rd best player over the final 25 games or so when the Devils picked it up. im aware i wont be getting his full value back due to his salary.

even if Gaborik was at 6.2 M while Heater was at 7.4. and If Gaborik get a center like Brad Richard or Joe Thornton then I say Gaborik for sure.

Gaborik isn't 6.2, and his center is not Brad Richards...Whereas Heatley does have Thornton as a center, what are you getting at?

I simply asking cause I heard that Ranger may be intrigue to get a top center to play with Gaborik and in one of my league I sign Gaborik at 6.2 M for like 7 years.
Wich that was a great cap hit for a talent like him. So does it answer your question dude?

the heatley storm is brewin once again. likely gone sooon and when i sober up a bit. fill my box with some big, thick, wet, throbbing, veiny............offers.

Using "plays with Couture" shows how far Heaters stock has fallen. When you can't rely on the fact he has scored 50 goals in the past its not a good thing. Great time to buy him if I had cap I would.
