Currently voted as the GM who's own managing skills improved the most, and the guy that has actually shown that, IMHO, is Lee... not that he has learned to admit when he's wrong, but he's adjusted and learned a ton from not only my talks with him, but in his actions.

Yeah I was a dick when I first joined.. well I still am but I've mellowed a lot.

I want to write in myself, not because I was bad to begin with, but because I am constantly improving despite all odds that would suggest it is impossible to improve on the present product.
